Our Management and Operational personnel are all competent, experienced, and professional individuals, who collectively ensure that the service we provide is of a consistently excellent quality.

Adrian manages all accounts and invoicing arrangements, as well as business development.

Gill Russell - Contract Manager | |

Gill manages new business and continuity and development of existing contracts.
Gill has a wealth of experience in Primary and Secondary School Catering as well as Business and Industry.

Jayne Lockyer – Office Manager - Cashless System Manager | |

Jayne is an invaluable member of our ‘front line’ team, she manages our office, on site cashless systems as well as three schools in Kent
Jayne is the ‘go to’ person who will make sure any queries you may have are forwarded to the correct person.

Sarah Nugent – Quality Assurance Manager | |

Sarah manages our Health & Safety along with menu development and training.
Sarah also manages the Quality Assurance Audits ensuring standards are met and maintained

Carol Burdock – Operations Manager | |

Carol has worked in school meals for over 25 years and has been an Operations Manager for Kent since 2008. Carol has a passion for excellent food quality and presentation and brings this passion to her role.

Sharon is responsible for managing our Essex schools and has many years experience in school meal catering
Sharon brings her knowledge, experience and compassion to her role and is an invaluable part of our team.

Tracey is our Operations Manager across schools in Medway and is responsible for the management & runnning of some of our busiest kitchens.
Tracey has 30 years worth of wealth & knowledge in the catering industry & over 10 years in school catering.
Tracey keen eye for details & keeping in with current trends gives TCS Education Catering LTD the modern approach we thrive for. Tracey takes great pride in her presentation & ensures all meals served to the children are kept up to the highest standard on a daily basis.
